Prices start from £400 - and that includes all the images taken provided on disc. Traditional albums from £275. Professional quality prints from £12 (8"x6"). Canvas box frame pictures from £115 (16"x12"). Acrylic Art pictures from £125. Plus many more options!!!

We also are suppliers of coffee table wedding books by Booked Images providing the most exquisite handmade books of exceptional workmanship using the highest quality materials. Prices from £395 for a 14"x10" book with printed dust cover and presentation box.

Our approach to wedding photography differs from many in the field who tend to offer a number of fixed packages, often with a limited number of photographs in albums of varying quality and style. With Fielder Photography, there is no need to choose as you get all the wedding pictures!

My style is mainly contemporary photo-journalistic (also known as reportage) and I will typically take around 40-60 photos per hour, which can amount to 300-600 during the day.

My aim is to capture those special moments of emotion, of faces full of happiness and sometimes tears of joy, of the wedding party and their guests as it actually happened throughout the day, interacting in natural ways. Capturing beautiful moments that later become precious memories.

If you want more formal group shots, as per traditional wedding photography, I am very happy to do that too. We can also schedule a ‘romantic session’ during the early evening (typically just before sunset), alone with the Bride and Groom, to capture more relaxed intimate shots.

Typical elements of the day that can be photographed include:

• Preparing for the day - getting ready, putting makeup on, etc
• Pre-ceremony – Groom and guests at wedding venue and arrival of the Bride
• The wedding ceremony
• Post ceremony period including ‘formal’ shots as required
• Wedding breakfast including speeches and cutting of the cake
• Romantic session
• Evening party / reception including first dance

If you want me just to cover the ceremony up to the cutting of the cake that’s fine. If you want me there from when the Bride puts on her makeup until the dancing is well underway in the evening that’s fine too.

Prices thus vary significantly based on what you actually want. Each wedding is unique so a specific quotation will be produced following a consultation session. But as a guide, five consecutive hours of photography would be around £750. This includes all post production work to digitally optimise the images and you would receive around 250 high quality images on a CDROM. You are then free to print them yourself, view them on computer, put them on your web site or whatever you choose.

Additional optional services from Fielder Photography include professional prints, ‘Coffee table’ photo Books, frameless canvas pictures on wooden stretchers, multi-image prints up to 30x20, animated slideshows and more. The images can be in colour, black & white, sepia or any combination. Other specialist image manipulation is also available e.g. mix of black & white and colour on a single image. There are so many options but the decisions can be left until after your wedding day if you wish.

Our initial consultation will explore some of these options but mostly focus on your hopes and expectations of the photographic aspects of your wedding day. I will show you extracts from my portfolio of wedding photographs to give you ideas about what you might want, but your special day will produce its own unique set of beautiful memories.

Following the consultation, I will provide you with a quotation for my services and if you want to proceed and ensure a guaranteed place in my diary, a non-refundable deposit of £300 would be required.

You may also wish to consider booking me to take photos on your Stag or Hen night!

About 8-10 weeks before your wedding we will meet at the wedding venue(s) to ‘walk through’ the day and draw up a more detailed plan. The balance of my fees will be due 30 days before your wedding.

After your wedding, I will process and optimise your images and send the digital versions to you on DVD within 7 working days typically. Then we can arrange to meet again to discuss any further work you want me to do. The digital files are archived and secured for a minimum of five years.
