What our wedding photography service offers you...
Your photographs are mostly contemporary reportage/documentary style with around 60-80 photos taken per hour - so you receive several hundred images of your day. You may also want some quiet, tender, intimate shots with just the Bride and Groom. More traditional group shots can be included too. The choice is yours.
You will receive all the photographs at print quality on disc with NO watermarks. Additionally, you can create your own package by adding options such as bespoke ‘coffee table’ books, photo albums, professional prints, canvas pictures and more. These additional products are discounted by 10% if purchased before your wedding day.
All your photographs are also accessible on-line via our Client Area. Access is password protected and cards are handed out to your guests with details of how to view the photos.
Our approach is very flexible. You can have photographs taken of just your ceremony and reception or have a complete record of the day from your bridal preparations through to the evening celebrations and the first dance. Minimum attendance is 3 hours and 11 hours or more attendance is available.
Prices are based on the length of attendance and an individual quotation is produced following a free, no obligation consultation at our Old Windsor studio. There is a set price for the first three hours, then an hourly rate thereafter. See below for current prices.
Gift vouchers are available for your wedding gift list, so guests can contribute towards your wedding album and other products - an increasingly popular option.
During our initial consultation, we will explore your wedding plans in detail, look at portfolios from previous weddings and identify your particular photographic requirements. A quotation is sent to you after that consultation. A deposit of £300 is then required to secure the booking.
About 8-10 weeks before your wedding we meet at your wedding venue to agree final details and identify locations where your photographs will be taken. A final invoice follows and the balance of fees is due 30 days before your Wedding Day.
After your wedding, your images are individually processed and the digital versions send to you on disc within 15 working days (often much quicker). Then we can arrange to meet again to discuss any further services you may require.
Key points to remember when choosing you wedding photographer...
Photo disc - with Fielder Photography you get ALL the images on a disc as PRINT QUALITY files with NO WATERMARKS (photos are sized to 2000 pixels on the longest edge and are typically 1.5 - 2.5 MB each).
The disc is normally with you within 10 working days (and often much quicker). Every single image is edited and digitally optimised to ensure you are impressed with the final versions.
On-line Album - You and your guests can view all your photos via a password protected website - usually within a week of your wedding day.
Flexible pricing - Prices start from just £650 for three hours minimum cover. After that, an hourly rate applies and travel costs may apply depending on locations and your detailed needs. A £300 deposit is required to secure your booking. Note that Saturday and Bank Holiday weddings have a minimum fee of £1000 which is equivalent to around 6 hours attendance.
So a typical wedding requiring say 8 hours of photographic cover would cost around £1200 and would include image capture, processing, supply of disc and online gallery. Any optional products, such as books or prints, will be in addition to this.
Top quality products - We only use high quality suppliers for all our products, especially our bespoke 'coffee table' wedding books; namely GraphiStudio and Booked Images who both provide the most exquisite books of exceptional workmanship using the highest quality materials.
Prices start from just £459 for a 300x200 GraphiStudio hard backed book, if purchased before your wedding day (so gaining 10% discount). Additional copies of books and smaller replica books are excellent value as the design costs are all included in the first main book. For example, a second copy of a 300x200 hard backed book is just £162 and two copies of 200x150 replica books are £81 each when purchased before your wedding day.
